Been here several times in the past and it's great for privacy and cost. But recently, I cannot get the owner to return a phone call and schedule a time. So until I do, my review stays a 1-star.
Was outstanding the gun ranges are outstanding campgrounds are beautiful fishing pond is nice. In the campground staff is outstanding
Excellent place to camp. Reasonable rates, will be camping here every weekend through the end of october.
I love coming here. It is much better than dealing with the crowds and all the unsafe new gun owners at the spring valley DNR range. Nice mom n pop type ranges like this are starting to become a thing of the past due to idiots. Please be respectful and very safe in your shooting. If you cant keep all of your shots on a piece of computer paper then you are too far away from your target. At the very minimum pick up your shotgun hulls and remove all of your target material from the berm and throw it in the trash cans. I dont even leave any of my brass there. I take it home and reload it again. Use common sense. Keep this place open to the public.
Nice Campground. Clubhouse is great. Staff is great. Really enjoyed it.
